1. About This Site

This website is operated by Exquisite Platinum LLC, doing business as My Luxury Rides (“we,” “us,” “the Company”), a Florida limited liability company. My Luxury Rides is the direct rental company for every vehicle listed here — reservations, payment, and the rental agreement are all between you and My Luxury Rides, not a third-party marketplace.

2. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our checkout (operated by Stripe). The daily rental rate, the Florida rental car surcharge, and sales tax are itemized separately before you pay — nothing is added after checkout. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. All charges are billed directly by My Luxury Rides.

3. SMS Terms of Service

The My Luxury Rides text messaging program provides request acknowledgments, inquiry responses, reservation updates, pickup reminders, driver arrival notices, and schedule updates. By checking the optional SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive these messages, including automated messages, at the number you provide. We may use Twilio to deliver messages. This checkbox does not authorize promotional campaigns or automated phone calls.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase; you can submit a request with the checkbox unchecked.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@myluxuryrides.com or (833) 515-2043. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details about how we handle your information.

4. Driver Eligibility & Rental Agreement

Drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and present a form of ID and a valid payment method matching the renter of record at pick-up. A separate rental agreement, executed at pick-up, governs the specific rental — including the security deposit, fuel policy, mileage allowance, permitted drivers, and prohibited uses (including but not limited to racing, off-roading, towing, subletting, and use outside the continental United States unless agreed in writing). Where these Terms and the signed rental agreement conflict, the signed rental agreement controls for that rental.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change a reservation. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your pick-up date; our current cancellation window and any applicable fee will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

6. Vehicle Condition, Damage & Insurance

You are responsible for the vehicle from pick-up until it is returned and inspected, including any damage, loss, or traffic/toll violations incurred during the rental period, subject to the protection plan (if any) selected at booking. Renters are encouraged to review whether their personal auto insurance or credit card extends coverage to rental vehicles. Full insurance and damage-liability terms are set out in the signed rental agreement.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep vehicle information, pricing, and availability accurate and up to date on this site. Occasionally information may be delayed or imprecise; the terms confirmed at checkout and in your rental agreement govern your specific reservation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of My Luxury Rides unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Luxury Rides’s liability arising from your use of this website or a vehicle reservation is limited as set out in the signed rental agreement for that reservation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any rental agreement with My Luxury Rides are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
