1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — through our contact form, or when you book a vehicle, including your name, email address, phone number, and reservation dates. We do not collect or store your full payment card details: card information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and never touches our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the last 4 digits of the card used, and a transaction reference from Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process and confirm reservations, respond to your inquiries, coordinate pick-up and return, improve our website experience, and communicate information about our vehicles and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and first-party analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Analytics are only collected if you select “Accept” on our cookie consent banner. This data is fully anonymous — we record page views, scroll depth, clicks (as coordinates), the path toward booking, device type, approximate country, and time on page using randomly-generated identifiers. We do not record your name, the contents of any form field, keystrokes, or any other personal information, and we honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. If you decline, no analytics are collected. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

4. Text Messaging & Your Choices

When you check the optional SMS consent box on a contact, booking, or quote form, you agree to receive text messages from My Luxury Rides, a trade name of Exquisite Platinum LLC, at the number you provide. These may include automated request acknowledgments, responses to your inquiry, reservation updates, pickup reminders, and driver arrival or schedule updates. This consent applies to text messages about your request or reservation; it does not authorize promotional campaigns or automated phone calls. We may use Twilio to deliver these text messages.

Message frequency varies according to your request or reservation. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Terms of Service.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories in this policy and will not be shared with third parties. Messaging service providers process the phone number and message content needed to deliver our messages on our behalf.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe to process payments securely — Stripe’s privacy policy governs the card and billing information you enter at checkout. We use Supabase to store reservation and account data. We may use Twilio for text messaging and Grasshopper for business phone calls. These providers process the information needed to provide their services on our behalf. The SMS opt-in data and consent exclusions in section 4 apply to all information-sharing categories described in this policy.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including transmitting payment details directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection rather than storing them ourselves. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use caution when submitting personal information online.
