Every rental includes our standard protection plan, and a valid driver's license plus a security deposit are required at pick-up. Ask us about additional protection options when you book.

Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver fee — this is noted on the vehicle page if it applies.

We'll confirm pick-up and return details by phone, text, or email after you book. Most vehicles support flexible pickup at our Orlando location or a convenient nearby spot.

Return vehicles with the same fuel level as received. For electric vehicles, please return with at least 80% charge. Charging cables are provided with all EVs.

Standard trips include a set number of miles per day, shown on the vehicle page before you book. Additional miles are billed at a per-mile rate.
