One-way airport transfers are quoted, not metered

Straight airport runs are priced per route. Send the pickup point, the drop-off address, the date and the time, and we come back with a flat price for that trip. The 3-hour minimum attached to our hourly rates applies to charters — not to a single ride from MCO to your hotel.

Hourly makes more sense when the day has more than one stop. Land at MCO, hold the vehicle through a site visit, a lunch and a 6 p.m. return leg, and the same chauffeur and the same vehicle stay with you the entire time. Published hourly rates are $200 for the Maybach-style executive Sprinter, $175 for a Cadillac Escalade or Escalade ESV, and $150 for a black 12-passenger Sprinter, each with a 3-hour minimum.

Quoting takes very little from you: date, arrival or departure time, passenger count, bag count, and the two addresses. The answer comes back as one number for the route, agreed before the trip rather than tallied after it.

Seats first, then luggage

Picking an airport vehicle is arithmetic more than taste. The Cadillac Escalade ESV seats 7 across three rows and keeps real cargo room behind the last one — the usual answer for a family of five or six arriving with checked bags. The standard Escalade seats 6 and suits lighter loads. When a full family, a wedding party or a sales team lands together, the black 12-passenger Sprinter carries 12 people in one vehicle instead of splitting the group across two cars.

The Maybach-style Sprinter seats 9 and is the one to book when the ride itself matters. Heated, ventilated and massaging captain's chairs, powered recline, footrests, a pullout table desk, an onboard fridge, wood flooring, a starlight headliner and a rear TV. That conversion is our own work, not a factory package.

Bigger arrivals stay in-house. The fleet includes three 12-passenger Sprinters, two Escalades and two Escalade ESVs, so a party of twenty on the same flight gets matching vehicles at the curb instead of a subcontractor's car filling the gap.

MCO, Sanford, and wherever the ride ends

Both Central Florida airports are covered — Orlando International (MCO) and Orlando Sanford (SFB). Drop-offs run across Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona and Sanford, plus the resort and convention corridors. Common drop-offs include convention hotels, Kissimmee vacation homes, and the return leg back out to the airport.

Departures work in reverse. We set the pickup time with you when the reservation is confirmed, and the vehicle is at your address for it. Multi-stop departure days — a late checkout, a final meeting, then the airport — are better booked hourly so nothing has to be re-arranged mid-day.

Booking two or more vehicles or services in a single request takes 15% off. Groups arriving on split flights use it, and so do clients who set up an arrival transfer and a separate charter day in the same message.
